Key Responsibilities and Duties

The successful candidate will be tasked with a comprehensive set of responsibilities aimed at driving sales performance and team growth. These include:

  • Leadership and Management: Leading, managing, and mentoring the real estate sales team to ensure the attainment of or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Property Oversight: Overseeing the listing and promotion of a diverse portfolio of properties, with a specific focus on luxury villas, off-plan developments, and both rental and resale properties within Dubai.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with clients, investors, landlords, and developers.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Managing the entire sales process, from the initial stages of lead generation and prospecting through to negotiation and final deal closure.
  • Data and Listings Management: Ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and professional presentation of property listings across all online platforms and internal channels.
  • Market Intelligence: Staying current with Dubai's real estate market trends, regulatory changes (including RERA regulations), and competitor activities.
  • Team Development: Providing motivation, mentorship, and training to the sales team to maximize productivity and professional standards.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborating closely with the marketing department to develop and implement effective lead generation campaigns.

Required Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the Dubai real estate market and a proven track record of success. Essential requirements include:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of real estate sales experience in Dubai, covering luxury, off-plan, rentals, and resales.
  • Performance Record: A demonstrable history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Market Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of Dubai’s real estate communities and market dynamics.
  • Certifications: RERA certification is preferred, or the candidate must be willing to obtain it.
  • Proficiency: Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with key property portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
