Real Estate Marketing Manager
1 Sales Target Achievement
Monthly and annual sales targets.
2 Team Leadership
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and motivation sessions.
3 Client Handling & Site Visits
Manage client interactions, explain project details, and handle objections.
Conduct and oversee site visits for potential buyers.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
4 Strategy & Planning
Develop effective sales strategies to maximize project sales.
Plan campaigns, promotions, and activities to increase leads and bookings.
Track market trends, pricing, and competitor projects.
Provide management with insights for better decision-making.
7 Documentation & Reporting
Handle booking forms, agreements, and sales documentation.
Maintain accurate reports: daily sales, lead status, and monthly MIS.
8Revenue & Collection Follow-up
Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and follow-up on payments.
Coordinate with finance/CRM teams for documentation and customer support.
9 Customer Satisfaction
Resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
Ensure excellent customer experience before and after booking.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
