Real Estate Performer (Turkish National)

We don’t hire agents.

We hire performers — ambitious closers who know how to turn leads into successful deals.

We are expanding our international sales team and are looking for Turkish nationals who can represent Dubai real estate to investors locally and globally.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound leads professionally.

Present and promote Dubai real estate projects to clients (calls, meetings, events).

Assist clients throughout the full sales journey (from inquiry to closing).

Participate in international events when needed (travel may be required).

Maintain CRM updates and follow up with clients efficiently.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

✅ Turkish nationality only (mandatory)

✅ Minimum 1+ year experience in real estate sales (Dubai experience preferred but not mandatory)

✅ Proven sales record — sales proof will be requested

✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

✅ English is a must (additional languages are a plus)

✅ Ability to work in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment
