Real Estate Photographer

Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Photographer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos of residential and commercial properties to showcase their best features. Your work will play a crucial role in helping clients market their listings effectively. If you have a passion for photography, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create visually compelling content, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Driving a reliable vehicle to the location of the property. (We serve from Pocatello to Island Park) (will be paid for driving)
• Capture stunning photographs of properties, ensuring optimal lighting and composition.
• Utilize videography skills to create engaging video tours of listings.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Organize and upload media after each shoot.
• Stay updated on industry trends in photography and real estate marketing.

Requirements

• A reliable vehicle you're willing to drive.
• Own a quality computer and Iphone. (used on and after the job)
• An eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

Not Required, but Definitely a Bonus!

• Experience with videography is a plus, including knowledge of post-production processes.
• A background in journalism or storytelling through visuals is advantageous.
