Overview

Signature Real Estate Media is a rapidly-growing real estate media company producing photography, video, and marketing assets for top real estate agents. We are expanding and looking for reliable photographers and videographers to join our field team.

This is a per-service role, not hourly or salaried. You are paid per completed service. Strong performers earn more by completing multiple services per appointment and through performance-based raises.

Compensation

• $20 per service to start
• Typical appointment includes multiple services
• Top shooters earn $30–$120+ per appointment
• Time on-site: 15–120 minutes
• Longest single service: ~45 minutes
• Mileage reimbursed - calculated automatically using home base
• Incremental raises based on performance, quality, and reliability
• No cap on earnings per day (Top shooters have made $275 + mileage in a single day)

(Equivalent starting average ≈ $25/hour+, increases quickly with efficiency and added services)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Capture interior and exterior real estate photography
• Video walkthroughs and/or drone footage (if qualified)
• Follow shot lists and brand standards
• Upload media same-day (you are not responsible for editing)
• Communicate professionally with agents and homeowners

What We’re Looking For

• Videography experience (real estate preferred, not required)
• Reliable transportation
• Mirrorless camera, Lens capable of 17mm, Tripod
• Strong time management and professionalism
• Comfortable working independently
• Willingness to learn and follow systems

Bonus (not required):

• Real Estate photography experience
• Drone license (Part 107)
• Tripod/Gimbal

Schedule & Flexibility

• Appointments are scheduled in advance
• Flexible availability - only need unavailable times blocked off a week in advance
• Work as much or as little as you want based on demand and performance
• Ideal for freelancers, creatives, or side-income seekers
