Real Estate Photographer and Videographer

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Media Contractor to capture high-quality visual content for residential and commercial real estate listings. This position is ideal for a photographer/videographer who enjoys working independently, has a strong attention to detail, and can consistently deliver high-end media that helps properties stand out in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Capture professional real estate photography for property listings
• Capture 3D Tours & Floor Plans
• Record cinematic property walkthrough videos
• Capture aerial drone photos and videos
• Ensure properties are properly staged visually before capturing media
• Upload raw media files promptly after each shoot and deliver back the same day
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Professionally represent the company when on-site

Requirements:

• Experience with real estate photography and/or videography (preferred)
• Must own professional camera equipment
• Drone and FAA Part 107 license
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel to property locations
• Strong attention to detail and composition
• Ability to follow shot lists and brand standards
• Reliable internet for uploading media files

Equipment Preferred:

• Mirrorless camera with a Tripod
• Wide-angle lens (12mm) and a Detail lens (at least 50mm)
• Stabilizer or gimbal for video
• 360 Camera for 3D Tours (Insta360 X3 minimum or equivalent)
• Drone capable of capturing high-quality aerial footage (Mavic Mini 3 Pro)

• Paid per project/shoot
