Real Estate Photographer and Videographer

We’re hiring a creative and reliable real estate photographer and videographer to support our growing real estate team. You’ll be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos of residential properties that showcase each listing at its best, as well as editing and delivering polished marketing assets such as drone images, listing videos, reels, and Zillow 3D tours.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a genuine passion for their work, a strong visual eye, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently on-site while maintaining a professional presence with agents and clients. • Capture high-quality on-site visual content for real estate listings, including professional photos, listing videos, reels, drone imagery, and Zillow 3D tours
• Edit and deliver polished marketing assets that showcase properties and align with brand standards
• Create additional photo and video content featuring the owner and team to promote community areas, events, and the Mission Realty brand
• Work collaboratively with team members to support marketing initiatives and production needs
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain and properly care for photography, video, and drone equipment
• Present a professional and courteous presence when working on-site with clients, homeowners, and community partners
• Stay current with real estate media and digital marketing trends to continually enhance content quality

• Proven experience in real estate photography and videography
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality interior, exterior, and lifestyle shots
• Proficiency with professional camera equipment, lighting, and stabilization tools
• Experience with drone photography and videography
• Skilled in photo and video editing software
• Familiarity with creating short-form video content for marketing (reels, listing videos, social media)
• Ability to manage multiple shoots and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a creative visual eye
• Professional, reliable, and comfortable working on-site with agents, homeowners, and clients
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
