About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Real Estate Photographer / Videographer to support a high-volume real estate media company serving the Columbus, Ohio market.

This role is ideal for photographers and videographers who want consistent work and strong earning potential without needing to find their own clients.

You will travel locally to scheduled properties, capture media services ordered by clients, and upload the files after each shoot. Most photographers complete multiple properties per day, depending on order size.

Compensation

This is a per-property pay structure based on the services ordered for each listing.

Typical payouts include:

• $50 - Standard Real Estate Photography
• $10 - Drone Photography Add-On
• $50 - Cinematic Video
• $25 - Social Media Reel
• $20 - Floor Plan

Many properties include multiple services, making it common to earn $100+ per property.

Most photographers complete:

• 2-4 properties per day
• Approximately 5 days per week

Estimated weekly earnings typically range from $800-$1,500+ depending on availability, services performed, and volume.

What You’ll Do

• Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled shoots
• Capture interior and exterior real estate photography
• Record video walkthroughs and social media clips when ordered
• Capture drone media when applicable
• Create floor plans when required
• Follow established shot lists and company standards
• Upload media files after each shoot (no editing required)
• Work independently while coordinating with the operations team

What We’re Looking For

• Prior photography or videography experience required
• Real estate photography experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable capturing both photos and video
• Professional and confident when interacting with clients
• Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently
• Reliable vehicle and comfort driving locally
• Weekend availability required
• FAA Part 107 Drone License strongly preferred
