Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Professional Agent to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about property, skilled in client relations, and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, building lasting relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to buyers, sellers, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert market guidance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
• Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and integrity
• Stay informed about market trends, legal regulations, and new property launches
• Use CRM systems to manage leads, interactions, and transaction records
• Meet and exceed monthly performance targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales or consulting
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
• Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and client-focused
