Job Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a driven and experienced Real Estate Professional Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities

• Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes with expert market knowledge
• Conduct property viewings and provide strategic advice on pricing, investment potential, and legal procedures
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors
• Negotiate and close property deals while ensuring full compliance with UAE real estate regulations
• Stay informed about market trends, new developments, and legal updates in Abu Dhabi
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote listings and generate qualified leads
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using CRM systems

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales or consultancy, preferably in the UAE
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and transaction processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
• RERA or equivalent certification is preferred
