This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent at Provident Real Estate, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including prospecting and acquiring clients, providing exceptional customer service, conducting property viewings, negotiating and closing deals, maintaining client relationships, and staying up-to-date with market trends and listings in the Dubai real estate market.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• English / Italian / Spanish / Russian / Chinese Speakers preferrable but not mandatory.
• Sales experience with a proven track record in real estate or related fields
• Experience in Insurance and the ability to provide relevant advisory services
• Ability to undertake Training sessions and continuous professional development
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market dynamics
