Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Exclusive Sales Relationship Manager to build and manage strategic partnerships with brokerages, support clients throughout their property journey, and drive the success of exclusive real estate projects. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, deep market knowledge, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and onboard new brokerage partners
  • Communicate project USPs effectively to clients and brokers
  • Organize broker events and deliver training sessions
  • Manage the full customer sales experience, including post-sale service
  • Support brokers in closing deals and achieving revenue targets
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on trends and competitors
  • Build and maintain a profitable network of local and international brokers
  • Acquire new clients and nurture existing relationships
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Assist buyers in making informed property decisions
  • Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
  • Lead briefings with sub-agencies on exclusive projects
  • Handle administrative and service-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage partnerships, or relationship management
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and international property trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with brokers and clients
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
