Real Estate Sales Advisor (Commission-Based + Salary)

Job Overview

We are urgently hiring Real Estate Sales Advisors in Abu Dhabi to join our growing property team. This role is suitable for individuals interested in UAE real estate sales, property leasing, and client relationship management.

Both experienced candidates and freshers are welcome to apply, provided they are motivated to build a successful career in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and property portals
• Market and list residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi
• Handle client inquiries for buying, selling, and leasing properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems or property portals preferred
• Professional attitude and appearance

Preferred Skills

• Previous UAE real estate experience
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi areas such as Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, Al Reem Island, and Al Raha Beach
• Existing client network or investor database

Freshers Welcome

• Strong interest in real estate sales
• Willingness to learn and develop skills
• Any background in sales or customer service is an advantage
