About the Role

Keller Williams Qatar, operating under Eagle Wharf Realty, is looking for dynamic and driven Real Estate Sales Advisors to join our growing team in Doha.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes
  • Match clients with properties that align with their budget, needs, and preferences
  • Negotiate deals and provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and legal considerations
  • Conduct Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to determine property values accurately
  • Maintain and update an organized and current property database
  • Promote listings using digital platforms, networking, referrals, and creative marketing strategies
  • Stay informed on local real estate developments, industry trends, and competitive dynamics
  • Demonstrate eagerness and initiative to meet and exceed sales targets consistently

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid Qatar ID
  • Willingness to relocate or commute to Doha
  • Passion for selling and achieving results
