About the Role

PRIME Estates Properties is seeking a motivated and professional Private Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in Business Bay, Dubai. The selected candidate will focus on luxury secondary and off-plan properties, representing PRIME's premium portfolio with excellence and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales transactions for luxury off-plan and secondary market properties.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
  • Conduct property viewings, handle negotiations, and close deals efficiently.
  • Utilize company-generated leads and marketing tools to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated with Dubai's property market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
  • Represent the PRIME brand with professionalism and dedication.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience (Dubai experience preferred).
  • European candidates are encouraged; fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid UAE or international driving license required.
  • Self-driven, confident, and capable of achieving individual and team goals.
