Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced *Luxury Property Consultant* to join our elite team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is ambitious, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand property requirements, preferences, and budgets.
  • Present and showcase luxury properties with confidence and professionalism.
  • Manage the entire sales process — from inquiry to closing — with precision and care.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market trends and pricing.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and admin team for smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in *real estate sales* (luxury segment preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and own transportation (preferred).
