Position Summary
The Property Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's real estate projects to individual and institutional clients. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from generating leads and presenting projects to negotiating terms and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer centric approach, and proven success in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote the company's developments to prospective buyers and investors.
- Conduct property presentations, project briefings, and client meetings to showcase the value proposition of each development.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall project sales goals.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, property portals, and marketing campaigns.
- Follow up promptly with all leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients by providing professional advice and excellent customer service.
- Guide clients through the purchasing process, from inquiry and reservation to contract signing and payment coordination.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties and investment opportunities.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
- Stay informed about all current and upcoming projects, pricing, payment plans, and available inventory.
- Monitor competitor projects, market trends, and buyer preferences to provide feedback to management.
- Demonstrate in depth knowledge of the local real estate market, particularly the off plan segment.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on inquiries, meetings, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to support campaigns and client engagement initiatives.
- Ensure all documentation and payments comply with company policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, etc.) are an advantage
