Your Role

• Guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals efficiently
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices
• Generate leads via social media, networking, and personal branding
• Share content consistently on Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms
• Maintain accurate records of all leads in our CRM system daily

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Confident, presentable, and comfortable on camera
• Active on at least one social media platform
• Previous real estate experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed
• Strong negotiation, sales, and interpersonal skills

Earnings Potential
Top-performing agents can close multiple deals each month, with commissions ranging from AED 20,000 to 100,000+ depending on effort, consistency, and lead generation.
