Real Estate Sales Agent

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Real Estate Agent with a proven track record in UAE Real Estate Market, to join our growing team.

We are focusing on client interaction, changing trends within the UAE real estate market, and the general UAE rules and regulations regarding investing in property.

Responsibilities

✅Prospecting for potential new clients

✅Qualifying clients and recommending suitable projects based on the client’s criteria

✅Achieve individual sales targets based on

✅Network and expand contacts base

✅Regular contact with purchasers ensuring awareness of current market activity as well as new opportunities

✅Updating CRM database

Requirements

✅Minimum 1 Year Real Estate Agent Experience in UAE in Offplan projects.

✅Strong sales and negotiation skills

✅Ability to meet target

✅Fluency in English is mandatory

✅Preferably Mallu / Malayalam speaker

✅Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits

Working days:

Tuesday to Thursday - 10:00am to 6:30pm

Friday - 2:00pm to 6:30pm

Saturday and Sunday - - 10:00am to 6:30pm

Monday - OFF
