Kaden Boriss Real Estate LLC is seeking a motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals who are passionate about sales, client relationships, and the real estate market.

As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on property investments, and closing sales while delivering a high standard of professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking and lead generation
• Promote off-plan and ready properties to local and international clients
• Conduct property presentations and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain active engagement through social media and digital platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or real estate is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for closing deals
• Social media–savvy and confident in client interactions
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and professional
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
