Who We’re Looking For:

We are currently expanding and seeking experienced real estate agents who:

• Have a minimum of 6 months of proven real estate experience
• Demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills
• Present themselves professionally and confidently in the luxury segment
• Are ambitious, driven, and performance-oriented
• Speak Chinese, Russian, or European languages (preferred and needed immediately but all nationalities welcome!)
• Highly presentable and polished
• Well-spoken and confident communicators
• Professional in appearance and attitude
• Disciplined, proactive, and consistent
• Ambitious and performance-driven
