Job Summary

The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating property sales, managing client relationships, and promoting Xoto’s property portfolio to investors and end-users. This role requires strong sales skills and a target-driven mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Dubai real estate market

· Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and investors

· Conduct property presentations and site visits

· Promote off-plan and ready property listings

· Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, and developers

· Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline

· Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Maintain records of client interactions in CRM systems

· Participate in property exhibitions and promotional events

Requirements

· Minimum 1 year experience in sales or real estate

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong sales and negotiation abilities

· Self-motivated and target-oriented

· Knowledge of property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle

· UAE driving license is an advantage

Salary & Compensation

Basic Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month

Commission: 30% – 50% per transaction
