Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have proven sales experience in Pakistan's real estate market and comprehensive knowledge of Pakistani real estate laws. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing and facilitating property transactions, building and maintaining client relationships, providing comparative market analysis, conducting market research, preparing documents, ensuring transparent transactions while contributing to our digital marketing efforts. The Sales Agent will also play a key role in delivering a high level of customer service throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively identify and engage leads through cold calls, referrals, networking events, and digital platforms
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the entire buying and selling process, ensuring optimal price and terms.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and financial goals, offering tailored property solutions.
  • Skillfully intermediate negotiations, offering expert advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, legal considerations, and financing options to facilitate fair and transparent deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry contacts.
  • Efficiently manage property exchanges and closings.
  • Maintain and consistently update a portfolio of available properties.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide market analysis and property valuations to clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records, update the CRM system regularly, and generate timely sales reports and forecasts
  • Drive sales through innovative and engaging marketing initiatives, including creating compelling video content for platforms like YouTube and social media, hosting open houses, and utilizing listing services.
  • Contribute to company blog and content strategy
  • Ensure all transactions comply with Pakistani real estate laws
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and regulatory changes

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or financial consultancy. Experience in off-plan is highly desirable.

  • Proven track record of success as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson with a demonstrable history of achieving sales targets across various property types (plots, houses, high-rise developments including apartments, shops, and food courts).
  • Exceptional ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Superior sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A professional demeanor characterized by pleasantness and trustworthiness.
  • Confidence and comfort in front of a camera, with the ability to create engaging video content.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for property marketing videos.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Basic knowledge of photo/video editing software
  • MS Office Suite proficiency
  • CRM software experience (preferred)

What We Offer

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: PKR 30,000 - 50,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Commission Structure:
  • 5-20% [TM1] of company commission on successful transactions
