Lyka Realty is inviting applications from high potential, results driven female sales professional fluent in Telugu to join our growing real estate advisory team in Dubai.

We are looking for individuals who are serious about building a long term career in the Dubai property market and can perform in a structured, lead supported sales environment.

Role Overview

This is a client facing sales role where you will engage with qualified leads generated through Lyka Realty’s marketing initiatives.

You will represent the brand, understand client requirements, and guide prospective buyers through the property acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and convert inbound property leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
• Conduct property consultations and presentations
• Assist clients in selecting properties aligned with their long term goals
• Maintain consistent follow ups throughout the sales process
• Close sales and achieve targets
• Uphold professional standards in all client interactions

Eligibility Criteria

• Fluency in Telugu (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in client interaction and negotiations
• Target driven and self motivated
• Professional and disciplined approach to sales

Preferred

• Real estate sales experience
• Experience working with inbound/digital leads
• Content creation experience is an added advantage
