About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager/Team Lead to drive our real estate business growth in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, channel partner networks, or consultancy and proven experience in leading high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, client meetings, site visits, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved.
  • Design and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and lead inflow.
  • Regular reporting to management with performance insights.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience in real estate sales/marketing.
  • Strong exposure to working with developers or consultancies/channel partners etc.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Graduate/MBA in Marketing or Business Management preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
