We are seeking a highly driven Real Estate Sales Executive who is target-focused, disciplined, and performance-oriented. Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Achieve sales targets – salary is justified only with results.
• Maintain minimum client visits, OBMs (Onboarding Meetings), and site meetings as per company standards.
• Manage complete sales cycle: lead generation, client interaction, site visits, negotiation, and closure.
• Showcase properties through presentations, events, and exhibitions to attract and convert clients.
• Represent the company with discipline, confidence, and professionalism at all times.
• Maintain detailed reporting of visits, meetings, and conversions.

Deal-Breaker Skills :

✅ Strong presentation skills
✅ Event showcasing & hosting capabilities
✅ Digital marketing expertise:

• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Google Ads / PPC
• SEO strategy & execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
