Real Estate Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for property sales.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales with prospective buyers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or relevant field (preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
