We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales within the UAE, excellent negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.

As part of our sales division, you will be responsible for managing property listings, building client relationships, and closing deals in both the primary and secondary market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate, manage, and convert leads into successful property transactions.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide clients with market insights and investment advice.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth deal closure.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and developers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai’s property laws, procedures, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred).

Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is preferred but not mandatory).
