Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Female Real Estate Sales Executive with proven experience in Islamabad’s property market. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and closing abilities, investor understanding, and confidence to appear in professional real estate investment videos.

Experience in high-rise residential project sales is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert prospects into property sales
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and investment consultations
• Present and close apartment units in high-rise residential projects
• Build strong relationships with investors and clients
• Present property investment opportunities with ROI insights
• Participate in on-camera investment and marketing videos
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain client follow-ups
• Stay updated with Islamabad property market trends

Requirements

• 2–3 years of real estate sales experience in Islamabad
• Experience in high-rise / vertical project sales (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Islamabad property market (DHA, Bahria, CDA sectors)
• Proven sales closing ability
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, presentable, and camera-friendly personality

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
