Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive who is currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties, generating leads, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, networking, and property listings
• Promote and market available properties to potential buyers and investors
• Conduct property viewings and present properties to clients
• Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on property market trends and pricing in Bahrain
• Coordinate with developers, owners, and internal teams
• Prepare and submit sales reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Must be currently residing in Bahrain
• Available for immediate joining
• Previous experience in real estate sales or property consulting preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Knowledge of Bahrain real estate market is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients

Work Location: In person
