Executive - Sales
for handling sales activities of assigned projects and implement sales strategies for meeting targets.
The Ideal candidate should:

Have excellent communication skills in
English and Arabic
with additional language knowledge as a plus.

min. 4 years
of experience in
real estate sales
, with excellent knowledge of Qatar real estate market (international experience will be a plus)

Have good working knowledge of
MS office
and
CRM/ Sales tracking system
.

Have familiarity with
Real estate listing platforms
and
digital marketing tools
.

Have good knowledge of
data analysis
and
reporting
.

Should be locally available with valid QID and NOC.
-
Should have valid
Qatari Driving license
.
Job Responsibilities:
-
Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the real estate market and implement integrated sales strategies for assigned projects.

Facilitate meetings with customers via multi-channels (emails/ calls) to showcase and discuss upcoming QD properties to stimulate early sales uptake and encourage sign-ons.

Performing site visits with inquiring customers for current QD properties and explain property features.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors and provide financial and analytical information to the potential buyers.

Implement a new customer acquisition process through integrated CRM system and handle documentation and end-to-end sales transactions.

Establish relationships with Real Estate Agencies to increase market reach and awareness.

Remain updated on land residual values and recent market changes/ trends affecting demand and prices.

Managing ongoing relationship with high network individuals and sub developers.

Supporting sales team in planning, executing, and monitoring Sales activities/operations.
-
Preparing sales reports and support in optimization of daily sales.
