Role Overview:

The Lead Qualifier is responsible for generating, screening, and qualifying prospective clients for the sales team, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads for property sales. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role acts as the first point of contact for potential clients and is critical to maximizing conversion rates and supporting the overall sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate lead management and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and manage incoming leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, referrals, and other sources.
  • Qualify leads by assessing client requirements, budget, readiness, and buying potential.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Conduct initial client calls or meetings to gather relevant information and schedule property viewings.
  • Track lead conversion metrics and provide feedback to marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide detailed information about property offerings.
  • Support sales events, campaigns, and promotional activities by generating and managing participant leads.
  • Follow company guidelines, ethical practices, and RERA regulations when handling client information.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the lead qualification process and improve overall efficiency.
