Roles & Responsibilities

· 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (preferably).

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.

· Manage sales teams or individual to achieve targets and grow business.

· Develop and execute strategies for residential real estate sales, including open plots and bulk deals.

· Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.

· Cold Calling, Client Management

· Data Base Management

· Travelling If Required

· Knowledge of Digital Marketing will be a Perk
