Arfeen Real Estate is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our expanding team. This senior role is designed for an experienced real estate professional who is ready to mentor a growing team, drive business growth, and shape the future of our sales division.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven real estate sales experience (UAE market preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of 5+ Property Consultants
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle
• Proven track record of achieving results in target-driven, fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily sales operations
• Develop and implement strategies to boost revenue and market share
• Train, guide, and mentor team members to meet and exceed targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity
• Represent Arfeen Real Estate at exhibitions, project launches, and industry events

What We Offer

• Basic salary: AED 3,000 – AED 6,000 (depending on experience and performance)
