Real Estate Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our real estate sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive performance in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales agents.
  • Set clear sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed them.
  • Utilize company-provided CRM tools to oversee sales processes, lead pipelines, and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with current campaigns and roadshows.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, regulations, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales (Dubai market is a must)
  • At least 1 year in a leadership or team management role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, legal framework, and trends
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred)
  • Highly organized, motivated, and target-driven
