Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and leading the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to attract investors, buyers, and tenants.
  • Negotiating contracts, lease agreements, and closing deals with clients and property owners.
  • Preparing financial and market analysis reports to support management decisions.
  • Coordinating with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns for available properties.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitors’ activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, landlords, and real estate agencies.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and local real estate regulations.
