- Managing and leading the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Negotiating contracts, lease agreements, and closing deals with clients and property owners.
- Preparing financial and market analysis reports to support management decisions.
- Coordinating with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns for available properties.
- Monitoring market trends, competitors’ activities, and pricing strategies.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, landlords, and real estate agencies.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and local real estate regulations.
