Real Estate Sales Manager

Arfeen Real Estate is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growing team in Ajman. This role is ideal for a confident professional who can guide a sales team, deliver strong results, and contribute to the company’s ongoing success in the UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales operations and ensure team performance meets company objectives
• Develop and execute effective sales and business strategies
• Lead, train, and motivate property consultants to achieve sales goals
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
• Represent the company at exhibitions, property events, and client meetings

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience (UAE market preferred)
• Proven leadership and team management skills (managing 5 or more consultants)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
