Real Estate Sales Manager

Due to our expansion we are moving to larger premises by December 2025, looking to hire a Sales Manager that will - Lead, coach, grow and develop both existing and new recruits to our expanding Real Estate Company.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships
• Drive both off-plan and residential sales to achieve sales targets
• Manage the full sales cycle of the team
• Stay up to date with project details, market insights, and competitor activities

Qualifications

• Proven track record in off-plan and Secondary sales
• Established relationships within the broker network
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ambitious, performance-driven, and motivated by success
• Must have previous leadership experience in managing a sales team with Dubai Real Estate

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
