Real Estate Sales Manager

Arfeen Real Estate is recruiting an experienced Sales Manager to take ownership of our property sales function in Ajman. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of driving sales results, improving team efficiency, and supporting the company’s continued expansion in the UAE real estate market.

Key Duties

• Oversee and coordinate daily sales operations to ensure targets are met on a consistent basis
• Create and implement structured sales approaches that increase revenue and improve client conversion
• Coach, supervise, and evaluate Property Consultants to enhance performance and deal closures
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners
• Review market activity, pricing trends, and demand patterns to identify growth opportunities
• Represent the company at property launches, exhibitions, and professional networking events

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate sales, preferably within the UAE
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a sales team of 5+ members
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership capabilities
• Valid UAE driving license with own transportation
• Demonstrated record of achieving and exceeding sales goals

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary between AED 3,000 and AED 6,000, based on experience
