We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in real estate sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and proven experience working with agents, brokers, and partners within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and external partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize team performance and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align strategies with business goals.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of real estate sales experience (developer, brokerage, or timeshare), including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
