  • Actively sourcing new customers and developing sales channels to grow the company’s presence in the tissue market
  • Presenting, marketing, and selling the company’s tissue products to both existing and prospective clients
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distribution partners
  • Preparing quotations, price offers, and sales proposals in accordance with company guidelines
  • Meeting and exceeding assigned monthly and annual sales targets
  • Conducting regular field visits to assess customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Coordinating closely with production and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Managing customer accounts, including follow-up on outstanding invoices and collection of accounts receivable in line with agreed credit terms
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, invoices, and collections
  • Providing structured feedback to management on customer demand, pricing dynamics, and potential product or market opportunities
  • Representing the company in a professional manner during client meetings, negotiations, and industry-related events
