Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for wooden doors and allied products
  • Identify and develop new markets, dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and contractors
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
  • Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team (if applicable)
  • Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customization of orders
  • Handle project sales including tenders, BOQs, pricing, negotiations, and order closures
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for management review
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing activities to promote wooden door products
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit controls

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of sales experience in wooden doors, furniture, plywood, laminates, or building materials
  • Strong knowledge of wooden door types, finishes, hardware, and installation requirements
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage key accounts and large project sales
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required

Preferred Experience

  • Experience dealing with architects, interior designers, builders, and real estate developers
  • Knowledge of residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects
  • Experience in dealer network development and channel sales
