Real Estate Sales Manager

Arfeen Real Estate is looking to appoint an experienced and performance-focused Sales Manager to oversee and grow our real estate sales operations in Ajman. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can drive revenue, optimize team output, and support the company’s continued expansion in the UAE property market.

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales functions and ensure individual and team targets are consistently achieved
• Design and execute effective sales strategies aimed at improving conversions and overall revenue
• Coach, evaluate, and guide Property Consultants to enhance productivity and deal completion
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
• Monitor market activity, pricing trends, and competitor movements to uncover growth opportunities
• Represent the company at project launches, exhibitions, and professional networking events

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales, with UAE market exposure preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a sales team of five or more members
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation capabilities
• Valid UAE driving license with access to a personal vehicle
• Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly fixed salary between AED 3,000 and AED 6,000, depending on experience
