Hogar Properties is a fast-growing real estate brokerage in Dubai, specializing in premium residential and investment properties. We are expanding our leadership team and seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead, develop, and scale a high-performing sales division.

Role Overview

The Property Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of property advisors, and executing strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep knowledge of the UAE real estate market, proven sales management experience, and the ability to motivate teams to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of property advisors and consultants.
• Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks aligned with company goals.
• Drive residential, off-plan, and investment property sales across key UAE developments.
• Monitor team performance, pipelines, and conversion metrics using CRM tools.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales talent.
• Develop sales strategies, pricing approaches, and market penetration plans.
• Coordinate closely with marketing, developer relations, and senior management.
• Conduct regular training sessions, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Represent Hogar Properties in high-level client meetings, developer briefings, and industry events.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UAE real estate sales.
• 2–3 years minimum in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s residential, off-plan, and investment property market.
• Proven track record of leading teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Professional presence and strategic mindset.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
