Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent

Location: Beach & Resort Mega Project – Pakistan

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic, confident, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join our sales team for a Mega Beach and Resort Project in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for high-end beachfront and resort properties. This position requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage both local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell residential, commercial, and resort properties within the Beach & Resort Mega Project.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through networking, site visits, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers and investors.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process including inquiries, negotiations, booking, and documentation.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to follow up on qualified leads.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project features.
  • Attend property expos, client meetings, and promotional events representing the project professionally.
  • Provide clients with investment advice and assist in closing profitable deals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BBA, MBA preferred) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in luxury or resort property projects.
  • Proven track record in achieving high-value property sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle both local and overseas clients professionally.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in beachfront, resort, or luxury real estate projects.
  • Exposure to international clients or investment portfolios.
  • Familiarity with digital and social media marketing for real estate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
