Real Estate Sales Specialist - Remote

Location: Remote

Timings: Full-time (Australian Time Zone)

Excellent communication skills are necessary due to the nature of this role

Our Austrailian-based client who owns a real estate agency. They have been helping buyers purchase the best commercial real estate. Is looking to hire a Sales Specialist who has prior experience in Real Estate and is sales-driven.

Key Responsibilties:

  • Identify and source commercial property investment opportunities aligned with client goals
  • Conduct market research, property analysis, and due diligence (financials, leases, yields, risks)
  • Build and maintain relationships with agents, vendors, and industry stakeholders
  • Support clients through the full acquisition process, including inspections, negotiations, and closing
  • Provide strategic advice on portfolio growth, asset selection, and investment structuring
  • Assist in evaluating commercial assets across sectors (retail, office, industrial, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions and investment strategies
  • Stay up to date with market trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes

Requirements:

  • Prior experience 1-2 years of experience in real estate
  • Proven experience in property acquisition, sales, leasing, or investment advisory
  • Strong understanding of commercial property metrics (cap rates, yields, ROI, lease structures)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills
  • Ability to analyse financial data and perform due diligence independently
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the Australian property market (preferred but not mandatory)
