Real Estate Sales Supervisor

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Supervisor who is results-driven and capable of leading a sales team to drive business growth. You will manage the team, develop effective sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and investors.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve top performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Monitor property deals and ensure excellent client satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports for senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing or guiding small teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and marketing strategies.
• No university degree required.
