Lead, coach, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives to achieve individual and group targets.
Drive sales across off-plan and secondary market projects.
Develop and execute sales action plans aligned with company objectives.
Maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and HNI clients.
Support team members in client meetings, deal negotiations, and closures.
Manage daily operations of the sales team, ensuring lead follow-up and conversion.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to the Sales Manager.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities.
Participate in property launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales within the UAE.
At least 2 years of experience in leading or mentoring a sales team.
Strong exposure to off-plan and secondary real estate markets.
Skills:
Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, lead tracking, and reporting tools.
Deep understanding of UAE real estate market dynamics and RERA compliance.
UAE Driving License – Mandatory.
