Real Estate Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert guidance throughout the real estate transaction process. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized service to help them achieve their real estate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct market research and comparative market analysis (CMA) to estimate property value.
• Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
• List properties for sale and ensure accurate and appealing property marketing.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and terms between buyers and sellers.
• Guide clients through the closing process and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through consistent communication and excellent customer service.
• Attend open houses, networking events, and property showings.
• Stay up to date with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Work collaboratively with brokers, agents, mortgage lenders, and legal professionals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Valid real estate license in [State].
• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local property market.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
