Job Summary:

The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets for residential, commercial, or plotted projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills with a passion for real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct site visits and property tours with potential clients.
  • Present project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers effectively.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and events.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable project options.
  • Maintain and update client databases and sales reports regularly.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle documentation, booking forms, and payment follow-ups efficiently.

  • Good understanding of real estate trends and local market dynamics.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing or Business preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in real estate or property sales.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales may also apply.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹14,989.14 - ₹83,449.26 per month
